Patches come in 71 leather colours, and we cut, engrave and stitch them ourselves, so the logo on your staff caps matches the one on your tables.

How ordering works

From your logo to your tables

The same steps for a set of coasters or a full fit-out.

  1. Tell us what you need

    Send the pieces, quantities and your logo with the form below, by WhatsApp or by email.

  2. Get your quote

    We quote with volume pricing built in, and suggest materials if you are not sure.

  3. Approve your proof

    You see a digital proof first. Nothing is made until you approve it.

  4. Sample, then the run

    We make a sample piece and send you a photo of it before the full run.

  5. Made and delivered

    Made in Kempton Park, usually in 3 working days after you approve your proof, then couriered to your venue or collected.

What venues ask us

What is the minimum order?
10 pieces per design. Volume pricing is built into every quote, so the price per piece drops as the quantity goes up.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are made in 3 working days after you approve your proof. For large runs or a full fit-out, we agree the date when we quote. Delivery in Gauteng then takes 1–2 business days.
Can I see the design before you make it?
Yes. We send a digital proof first and nothing is made until you approve it. Before the full run, we make a sample piece and send you a photo of it.
Are your menu covers genuine leather?
They can be. We make menu covers in genuine leather, faux leather (PU), vinyl, cork or wood. Tell us your budget and the look you want, and we will recommend a material.
What sizes can you make?
Menu covers in A4, A5 or A6, or made to your menu's size. Coasters in 80, 90 or 100 mm, round, square, oval or cut to your shape.
Where are you, and do you deliver?
Our workshop is in Kempton Park, Gauteng, on Johannesburg's East Rand. We courier to venues anywhere in South Africa, and you can collect from the workshop by appointment.
